Sarah Belger focuses her practice on labor and employment law, with particular emphasis on employment-related litigation. Ms. Belger has significant experience, including first-chair trial experience, defending employers before federal, state and appellate courts, as well as before administrative agencies and in arbitration settings. She counsels and defends clients in claims under Title VII, the American Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), and other federal, state and local laws.
