
Biography
Nathaniel is a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Odin Feldman Pittleman and brings several years of experience working with local, regional and national lenders to the firm. He enjoys engaging with clients and brings sharp attention to detail to ensure that clients' specific business needs are met.
His primary practice areas are commercial lending and commercial real estate, with additional experience in contract drafting, business formation and creditor's rights. Nathaniel previously served as an associate for a small boutique real estate firm in northern Virginia and a mid-sized regional default operations firm.
When not in the office, Nathaniel enjoys attending baseball games, collecting baseball cards, watching sports (including Indiana Hoosiers basketball) and seeing live music.
