
Biography
Tiffany Hull counsels her clients in developing an estate plan that best meets each client's needs and desires. Listening compassionately to clients and analyzing their assets are her first steps in developing a comprehensive plan. She also understands that she must explain each issue, option, and recommendation clearly in order for the client to adopt a course of action with confidence.
Tiffany is Of Counsel with the firm and a member of the Trust & Estates practice group. She focuses her practice on developing estate plans, particularly dealing with wills, trusts, and charitable giving, as well as the related gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues; asset protection and wealth preservation; incapacity planning and healthcare decision-making; business continuation and succession planning. As a part of a client's estate plan, she will create family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and other similar entities. She also provides compassionate and analytical estate and trust administration counseling.
