We seek a versatile corporate lateral attorney with experience handling complex transactional work for clients of all sizes.
Qualified candidates are licensed to practice in Virginia and have at least 5 -10 years of experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. Tax experience is a plus. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills and be accustomed to managing deals independently. Having a book of business is a plus.

We seek a corporate associate attorney to join our busy practice. The ideal attorney is licensed to practice in Virginia and brings 2-5 years of experience in corporate law.

We seek a highly experienced lateral attorney for our nationally ranked commercial real estate practice to handle complex transactional and leasing work representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and business owners across all phases and types of real estate deals. This is a fast-paced position for a creative counselor with strong experience in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale matters, leasing (office, retail, industrial, and ground), due diligence, and development work. Available Professional Positions
Legal Secretary -- Litigation
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our Litigation practice. While a legal background is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting correspondence and revising legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Creating tables of contents and authorities for legal briefs.
- Preparing and filing documents in state and federal courts.
- Organizing and preparing exhibits for hearings and trials.
- Assisting attorneys in managing their calendars by monitoring deadlines and organizing tasks, meetings, and events.
- Interacting with clients, requiring exceptional communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Professional.
- Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Attention to detail in proofreading and document preparation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest and experience in civil and criminal litigation.
- Knowledge of state and federal court rules, practice, and procedure.
- Familiarity with electronic case management and document filing systems in state and federal courts.
