Joe Dilley is an associate attorney in the firm’s commercial real estate, land use and zoning practice group. His practice focuses on seamlessly guiding clients through each aspect of a commercial development project using his understanding of the legal and business considerations specific to each development, acquisition, lease, or financing endeavor.
Having earned his juris doctorate from the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University, Joe brings a mix of experience to OFP. He’s held several positions as a law clerk, and was a staff intern in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Office of Mergers and Acquisitions. There, he conducted research and assisted staff attorneys with navigating the notoriously dynamic intersection of law and financial markets, working through complicated rulemaking and compliance matters. Joe’s experiences coordinating with the public and private sector allow him to bring a unique perspective to the commercial real estate realm.
When not practicing law, Joe enjoys spending his time outdoors, traveling, and playing golf.
