Biography
Russ Forno brings more than 20 years of public and private sector experience as a Land Use Planner in Northern Virginia. His extensive work with local governments makes him an expert in his field. They include Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William and Arlington Counties, the Cities of Fairfax and Alexandria, and the Towns of Leesburg and Purcellville. From urban to rural, Russ' background gives him a comprehensive perspective of real estate development projects. A capable problem solver, he relies not only on his knowledge of zoning and land design, but also on his keen relationship skills that allow him to resolve - and sometimes avoid - complicated land entitlement issues.
