Louise Zwicker brings a unique and diverse background to her role as Counsel at OFP, combining her extensive professional experience as a former licensed civil engineer with her current experience as a licensed real estate and land use attorney. With a solid foundation built over 18 years in civil engineering practice, Louise seamlessly transitioned into the field of law to continue to serve her clients’ land use, zoning, and development needs. She also handles commercial real estate litigation.
During her nearly two decades as a civil engineer, Louise excelled in planning, designing, and supervising construction and infrastructure projects. Her hands-on experience allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of development, providing a unique perspective that she now applies to her legal practice. During her tenure as a real estate/ construction lawyer, she has expanded her skills to include settlement and contract negotiations and litigating zoning and construction disputes.
Known for her ability to analyze complex engineering, development, and land use issues and effectively communicate with owners, contractors, engineers, and government officials, Louise tackles challenges with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and legal aspects of her cases.
