OFP Attorneys Serve as Local Counsel in $100 million real estate sale

OFP Attorneys Amber Burke, Sara Mariska and Ellen Sharpe recently served as local zoning and transactional counsel to Innovatus Capital Partners in their $113.5 million acquisition of Dulles Executive Plaza, which houses Lockheed Martin Corp. and Constellis LLC.

The 384,336-square-foot office complex, located at 13530 and 13560 Dulles Technology Drive in Herndon, was built in 2001 by prior owners Lionstone Investments of Houston, TX, and a conglomerate of funds advised by Columbia Real Estate Management, a subsidiary of New York’s Columbia Property Trust.

Dulles Executive Plaza has been home to Lockheed for the past two decades. It also houses the defense giant’s 24/7 space systems division operations center and has leased half the space through 2024. Constellis, a private security company, has been in the space since 2019.  Overall, the buildings are 94% leased.
