Reston, VA. – Odin Feldman Pittleman (OFP) congratulates Shareholder Will Halliday on the recent closing of a corporate sale valued at $32 million.
OFP represented Irving Burton Associates, LLC (IBA), which provides technology-enabled solutions to key US defense agencies, in its sale to DLH Holdings Corp., which delivers healthcare research, services and solutions to the federal government. KippsDeSanto & Co. served as financial advisor to IBA.
IBA will be a wholly owned subsidiary of DHL, traded publicly on NASDAQ (DLHC), and will operate under DLH’s Mission Services & Solutions division. IBA President Mary Dowdall will continue to lead IBA, assuming a role within DHL’s leadership team. The acquisition enhances DHL’s data analytics and health technology capabilities and, according to reports, will increase DHL’s revenues by roughly $25 million annually.
