OFP Elevates Associates Ranuel Magalong and James Miller

Reston, Va. – Dec. 2, 2021 – Odin, Feldman & Pittleman is pleased to announce the elevation of associates Ranuel Magalong and James Miller to Shareholder.

A member of the firm’s commercial real estate and land use practice, Ran focuses his practice on large commercial and residential real estate development projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management and received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of Outside Articles for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal.

Jim Miller is a litigator with OFP and represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals in matters involving breach of contract, trade secrets and unfair competition litigation. He also represents government contractors in disputes that arise during the performance of federal contracts. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law.
