Why I chose my practice area: I was drawn to real estate law because it’s where strategy, structure, and tangible results intersect. I’ve always enjoyed helping clients bring big ideas to life. Real estate law allows me to combine creative problem-solving with long-term impact, and that’s incredibly rewarding.
Most memorable case: Securing the property rights needed to extend the Silver Line to Dulles Airport. It was a once-in-a-career opportunity to help deliver a transformational infrastructure project for our region.
What makes me a leader in my field: With more than three decades of experience, I bring deep legal insight and practical judgment to every project.
Bar involvement/leadership roles: I served on the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Town of Vienna, Virginia, and was a founding board member of HomeAid Northern Virginia.
