Corporate Lateral Attorney
We seek a versatile corporate lateral attorney with experience handling complex transactional work for clients of all sizes.
Qualified candidates are licensed to practice in Virginia and have at least 5 -10 years of experience in corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. Tax experience is a plus. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills and be accustomed to managing deals independently. Having a book of business is a plus.

Corporate Associate Attorney
We seek a corporate associate attorney to join our busy practice. The ideal attorney is licensed to practice in Virginia and brings 2-5 years of experience in corporate law.
Qualified candidates have exceptional analytical skills and experience providing legal counsel on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other transactional activities. Strong document drafting and review skills are essential as are excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We seek a versatile lateral attorney with experience handling litigation and counseling work for clients to join our management-side labor and employment practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-10 years of experience and a strong background in labor and employment law, with a proven track record of providing strategic and practical legal advice to clients. Must be barred in Virginia. DC and/or Maryland a plus. A book of business is required.
