Biography
Aram Sahakyan is an associate in OFP’s commercial real estate practice.
Aram earned his J.D. from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where he was a Mason Scholarship recipient. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, with minors in Legal Studies and Global Studies, from Colorado State University, where he graduated with Dean’s List honors across eight semesters.
Aram brings significant experience in real estate and housing matters. As a legal intern with the Montgomery County Department of Housing and Community Affairs, he researched land records, negotiated loan restructures, drafted legal correspondence, and worked with county attorneys on secured property interests. He has also worked in real estate development as an executive assistant with Structure Realty LLC and operated his own service business supporting members of his local community.
Earlier in his career, Aram coordinated facilities operations for Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., and served as a Senior Associate Facilitator for Colorado State’s Center for Public Deliberation, where he led community dialogue events and trained new facilitators. He is fluent in Armenian.
