Biography
Bandar Al-Saif is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice group. His experience includes representing debtors and creditors in complex chapter 11 restructuring matters, including related litigation and appeals. Having counseled corporations in bankruptcy cases across a wide range of industries, Bandar has familiarity with real estate, energy, transportation, and retail.
Prior to joining OFP, Bandar practiced as an associate in the New York offices of two large international law firms.
