McKelvey practices in the firm’s bankruptcy &creditors’ rights, litigation, intellectual property, and technology practice groups. She has a wide range of legal experience in commercial litigation and transactional matters. McKelvey also advises companies, financial fiduciaries, banks, and other financial institutions with respect to statutes, rules, and regulations in bankruptcy, finance, privacy, and intellectual property.
