Labor and Employment Associate
Odin, Feldman & Pittleman PC, a full-service law firm in Reston, VA, seeks a bright, dynamic, self-starting Associate to join its labor and employment practice. Our growing, collegial firm emphasizes immediate courtroom opportunities, professional growth and development, significant contact with clients, and challenging work for our attorneys in a team-oriented environment.
Our ideal candidate will leverage excellent academic credentials, 1-4 years of experience in federal and state courts, and strong writing, analytical and organizational skills to handle litigation and counseling work for clients. Virginia Bar admission required. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you will have immediate client contact with our management-side practice including counseling and drafting policies and related contracts. Exceptional candidates will have experience with federal and state employment litigation and statutes including FLSA, FMLA, Title VII and ADA.
