Working knowledge of contract types and contacting principles, laws, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures applicable to federal procurements (including the FAR, DFARS, and SBA regulations); and experience before one or more of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office, Boards of Contract Appeals, and/or Office of Hearings and Appeals in regard to protests, claims or small business status. Current or former clerks at the Court of Federal Claims, ASBCA or CBCA encouraged to apply. Active bar membership in Virginia or ability to waive in required.
