Violet Richardson is a member of the firm’s corporate practice. She assists her clients with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial matters and other general corporate affairs. Violet works with both publicly traded and privately held companies across a myriad of industries, including technology, government contracting, and financial services.
Prior to joining Odin, Feldman & Pittleman P.C., Violet developed a broad corporate practice, both with an AmLaw100 law firm and as in-house counsel, focusing on mergers, acquisitions and divestiture transactions; technology commerce; corporate financing transactions; and securities matters, including public offerings. Violet’s background in accounting and experience serving as general counsel gives her a unique perspective and allows her to give her clients practical business-oriented solutions as well as advice to address their complex legal issues.
