Luke J. Archer knows the hard work and dedication needed to achieve success. His path to becoming a compelling advocate and knowledgeable counselor for his clients has led him from a small town in Tennessee to courts all over the northern Virginia area and beyond.
Luke focuses on the management-side employment law needs of his clients, advising and representing clients on matters involving trade secrets, non-competition agreements, discrimination claims, and union-related issues. Luke has accumulated years of general litigation experience that he regularly uses to assist his clients in determining and then advocating for legal and business solutions to their unique challenges. His previous experience in criminal defense law, domestic relations law, and immigration law constitutes a valuable source of knowledge for the diverse issues that arise in an employment setting.
A sports enthusiast, Luke enjoys competition and understands the importance of diligence, teamwork, and the development of a sound strategy in reaching successful outcomes. Luke endeavors to apply these lessons to each of his cases.
