Prior to joining Odin, Feldman & Pittleman P.C., Ken served as a procurement attorney at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). There, he advised on and litigated bid protests of major procurements, including a mission systems contract valued at over $1 billion, provided counsel concerning contract performance disputes, and advised the agency’s suspending and debarring official. Ken also advised NASA in its capacity as a member of the Federal Acquisition Regulatory council, assisting with regulatory drafting and the implementation of federal procurement policy.
