Kristin Elia is dedicated to taking a holistic approach to complex real estate transactions. Her unique experience with real estate, business, and finance allows her to examine each transaction from all perspectives and provide comprehensive advice to the firm and its clients. Kristin’s practice focuses on real estate sales and acquisitions, financing, development, and leasing.
Kristin received her law degree from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and President of the Banking and Securities Law Society.
