Government Contract Law Associate Attorney
Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, PC, a full-service law firm in Reston, VA, is seeking a Government Contracts attorney with 1-5 years of federal government contract law experience to assist clients with a broad range of contracting matters, including counseling, transactional and litigation work.
- Minimum qualifications include: Working knowledge of contract types and contacting principles, laws, Executive Orders, regulations and procedures applicable to federal procurements (including the FAR, DFARS, and SBA regulations); and experience before one or more of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office, Boards of Contract Appeals, and/or Office of Hearings and Appeals in regard to protests, claims or small business status.
- Current or former clerks at the Court of Federal Claims, ASBCA or CBCA encouraged to apply.
