Jane Allen Imperatore

Jane Allen Imperatore is a principal in the firm and member of the Litigation practice group. Her practice is devoted primarily to construction law, real estate law and civil litigation in state and federal courts. While Ms. Imperatore’s practice covers a broad range of business litigation matters, she also counsels clients on employment issues. As a trial lawyer, she is experienced in large-scale, complex litigation matters, as well as in commercial and employment disputes. Ms. Imperatore has spoken at continuing legal education seminars on construction and employment issues.
Ms. Imperatore was named by Virginia Business magazine as one of Virginia's Legal Elite's Young Lawyer Under 40 in 2007 and 2008. Richmond Magazine listed Ms. Imperatore as one of the Virginia's "Rising Stars" for 2008. In addition, Ms. Imperatore was selected for inclusion as a Virginia "Rising Star" in 2008, 2010, and 2011 Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine.
