Stephen Cobb is an associate in the firm's civil litigation practice group. His practice focuses on general civil litigation. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cobb worked with both current and former members of Congress and the Executive Branch providing both policy and political anaylsis and goal implementation in such areas as telecommunications, education, elections, and national defense. After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Cobb served as law clerk to the Honorable Barry R. Poretz, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
