As an associate with the firm’s Litigation practice group, Mr. Gutkowski’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, as well as employment, contract and landlord-tenant disputes.Mr. Gutkowski received a degree in finance from Boston College and spent several years in Boston pursuing a career in financial services. A native of Northern Virginia, he returned to the area and received his law degree from George Mason University School of Law. While at George Mason, Mr. Gutkowski participated in the Moot Court Board and was a semi-finalist at the 2006 Luke Charles Moore Invitational Moot Court Competition held in Washington, DC. He was also an Associate Editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal, a Writing Fellow and a student member of the George Mason American Inns of Court. Practice Areas: - General Litigation
