Ellen Farrell Sharpe is a principal with the firm and is a member of the Real Estate & Land Use practice group. Ms. Sharpe's practice focuses on representing buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale and financing of improved commercial property. She also represents both landlords and tenants in office, industrial, shopping center and mixed-use leasing and both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance transactions. Additionally, Ms. Sharpe’s practice involves development law, including the creation and management of condominiums, mixed-use projects and planned unit developments.
