John S. Wisiackas
John Wisiackas is a principal of the firm in the Corporate, Securities, Tax & Finance practice group. He advises businesses and professionals on appropriate business structure, employment and shareholder agreements, ERISA qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation and stock option plans and related federal regulatory compliance. In his more than 30 years of experience at OF&P, he has actively participated in the sale, acquisition and merger of businesses ranging from companies with values in excess of $100 million (including stock sales to ESOPs).
