Tom Quinn is a principal in the firm’s Corporate, Securities, Tax & Finance practice group. He concentrates his practice on tax planning, business planning and business transactions. His practice includes entity formation and governance and the representation of buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures through mergers, reorganizations and sales of stock and assets. In 2006 and 2008, Mr. Quinn was named one of Virginia's Legal Elite by Virginia Business magazine. In 2009, Mr. Quinn was named as one of the SmartCEO magazine's Legal Elite Go-To Business Attorneys.
