Thomas F. Quinn, III
Tom Quinn is a principal in the firm’s Corporate, Securities, Tax & Finance practice group. He concentrates his practice on tax planning, business planning and business transactions. His practice includes entity formation and governance and the representation of buyers and sellers in acquisitions and divestitures through mergers, reorganizations and sales of stock and assets.
