Tiffany Hull is a principal with the firm and member of the Trust, Estate & Tax Planning practice group. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Her practice includes estate planning and taxation, particularly dealing with wills, trusts, business succession, and charitable giving, as well as estate administration counseling. She also counsels clients on business planning issues and the formation of tax-exempt entities, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations (including subchapter S corporations). Her peers have recognized her by naming her to be among Virginia Business Magazine's (December 2004) Young Lawyer "Legal Elite."
