Since its founding almost 40 years ago, the Criminal Defense attorneys of Odin, Feldman & Pittleman have represented individuals and businesses in all stages of the criminal justice process. Our attorneys practice regularly in the Virginia Circuit Courts, General District Courts, Juvenile & Domestic Relations Courts, with a particular concentration in Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Arlington and Alexandria. The Firm appears regularly in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on complex criminal litigation matters and has extensive experience from the pre-indictment stage through trial. Many of our attorneys are former prosecutors. Our attorneys have been asked to speak on criminal law matters to members of the Bar, the judiciary, and to teach criminal law at George Mason School of Law School.
