Fairfax, Va, July 9, 2012 – Craig J. Franco, a trial attorney with the Washington, D.C. area law firm Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, P.C., has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Mr. Franco is a principal in the firm’s litigation practice group. A 1994 graduate of the College of William & Mary, he received his Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law in 1997. Mr. Franco has extensive experience in jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts. His diverse civil practice encompasses the representation of management in fiduciary duty claims, employment discrimination claims, trade secret litigation, trust and estate litigation, as well as a variety of commercial disputes. Prior to his association with Odin, Feldman & Pittleman, P.C., he was a state prosecutor with the Commonwealth’s Attorney Office in Arlington, Virginia.

The Litigation Council of America (LCA) is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
